To assist us in the verification process, we kindly request that you provide a picture of your Order Invoice, which can be found inside your parcel. The invoice plays a vital role in ensuring accurate and efficient processing of your return request. In cases involving damaged or incorrect orders, we may also request a picture/video of the product.

3. Swift Resolution:

Once we have carefully reviewed your case within 48 hours of your complaint, we will initiate a convenient pickup request from your address, ensuring a hassle-free experience for you.

4. Return Requirements:

For the successful processing of your return, all products must be returned in their original condition, with all seals and tags intact. Additionally, please include all accessories, manuals, and warranty cards. To maintain the integrity of our products, we conduct a thorough Quality Check at our warehouse. Please note that we retain the right to refuse return requests if the product is returned in a broken, used, or poor condition.

5. Our Commitment to You:

If your return request is approved, Meraki Mobel will cover the Delivery Charges for the pickup as well as for the dispatch of your replacement order. We want to ensure that you experience complete peace of mind throughout the return process.

Case 2: Needing a Different Variant, Shade, or Type

1. Prompt Notification

If you require a different variant, shade, or type than the one you originally ordered, we kindly ask you to contact us within 7 days from the date of delivery. Please note that any return requests brought up after this 7-day period may not be accommodated.

2. Verification Made Easy

To facilitate a smooth verification process, we kindly request that you provide a picture of your Order Invoice, which can be found inside your parcel. This ensures that we can efficiently process your return request.

3. Swift Resolution

Once we have carefully reviewed your case within 48 hours of your complaint, we will initiate a convenient pickup request from your address, ensuring that your exchange is handled promptly.

4. Return Requirements

To ensure the successful processing of your exchange, please ensure that all products are returned in their original condition, with all seals and tags intact. Additionally, please include all accessories, manuals, and warranty cards. Our Quality Check at the warehouse guarantees that products are returned in their original condition. Please note that we retain the right to refuse exchange requests if the product is returned in a broken, used, or poor condition.

5. Your Satisfaction, Our Priority

If your exchange request is approved, your new order will be swiftly dispatched. To compensate for the pickup and delivery services, a nominal charge of Rs. 250 for delivery will be applied.

6. Monetary Refunds Made Easy

If you prefer a refund, we will issue an Internal Credit voucher for the same amount. This voucher can be redeemed at any future date in our store. Please note that Meraki Mobel is unable to process monetary refunds at this time.

Other Refunds

In the rare event that you have paid for an order and the products are out of stock at Meraki Mobel, we will facilitate a monetary refund. One of our dedicated customer support representatives will request your bank information, and the refund will be processed within 48 hours.
